Join our team for the Point-in-Time Count!
Each January every jurisdiction needs volunteers to help “count” people experiencing homelessness. The count helps the many organizations that serve the homeless to assess the need for services. Training is provided. You will be part of a group that will go into the woods, seek out people living in cars, and other places where the homeless go to ascertain their circumstance (are they a veteran? Do they work? Do they need medical attention in any way?), record the information and deliver it back to the organizers.
