An attorney for a Potomac River watchdog group told a state regulator Thursday night that her group has concerns about the environmental impacts of proposed gypsum loader and coal grinder construction projects at the Morgantown power plant. At a public hearing, attorney Patience Bosley-Burke told a representative of the Public Service Commission that her client, the Potomac Riverkeeper, needed more time to review the construction projects proposed by Mirant Mid-Atlantic LLC.
