DCYOP performs and speaks at the NEA

featuring DC Youth Orchestra Program  
Students from the DC Youth Orchestra Program performed at the Arts Council of the National Endowment for the Arts meeting on March 27, 2009. In addition, Executive Director, Ava Spece, was asked to speak to the council. She provided a 5-minute speech, attached here.
