General Information

  • Volunteer Opportunities / Responsibilities: Volunteers are needed as front office coordinators to greet program participants and answer inquiries; casework associates to help participants with on-line applications and more; resume writers; computer mentors; administrative volunteers to help with databases, events, etc. outreach volunteers to visit shelters and share information on the Next Step Program; Meal volunteers prepare meals for monthly meeting of HIV/AIDS participants. Plus group volunteer opportunities for yard work, repairs and maintenance of offices, window cleaning and other projects.
  • Types of Volunteers Needed: individual/adult; adult groups of less than 5; individual/high school; adult groups of 6 or more, including corporate teams
  • Hours Needed: business hours during the week
