11th Annual 5K Run & 2 Mile Walk

The Riverfest 5K Run & 2 Mile Walk starts and finishes at Laurel's scenic Riverfront Park, located at the end of Avondale Street off Main Street in Laurel, MD. The Riverfest 5K course is beautiful as well as challenging so come out and race for education! All proceeds raised with support FGCB's college access program. T-shirts will be provided to all race participants. Packet pickup: Saturday, September 27th from 10:00am-2:00pm @ Robert J. DiPietro Community Center (7901 Cypress Street, Laurel, MD 20707) Event details and schedule: Race day registration begins @ 7:45am. There will be a warm up stretch with Magnificant Body at 8:30am. Participants should be at the starting line @ 8:50am. The 5K Run & 2 Mile Walk both begin at 9:00am. Visit www.fgcb.org or www.active.com to register.
