New Volunteer Training: Litigating Family Law Cases for Domestic Violence Victims
Help domestic violence victims find long-term safety and rebuild their lives, while gaining experience with a full range of litigation skills—including discovery, motion writing, negotiation, and trial advocacy. The DC Volunteer Lawyers Project provides training, in-court supervision, malpractice insurance, and more to make sure our volunteers are well-prepared to be a voice for victims in court.
